Group Voluntary Critical Illness provides a lump sum payment when a qualified critical illness has been diagnosed. Associates are eligible for and can choose either a $15,000 or $30,000 policy. Any covered dependents will receive 50% of the associate’s amount. All funds are paid directly to you and can be used for non-medical expenses as well as medical bills. Covered illnesses include cancer, heart attack, kidney failure, multiple sclerosis and more.

Accident
UNUM
Group Voluntary Accident helps pay when an off-the-job accident occurs. The coverage can be used on its own or to fill a gap left by other coverage and pays a benefit up to a specified amount for accidental death, dismemberment, dislocation/fracture, initial hospitalization confinement, hospitalization confinement, intensive care, ambulance service, medical expenses, outpatient physician’s treatment and more. Funds are provided to you directly and can be used for non-medical expenses as well as medical bills. You have the option to elect either a low or high plan to best fill your needs. When enrolled in the high plan, you will receive a higher reimbursement schedule and pay back for the services received.
